CIMB ASEAN Research Institute (CARI) was established in 2011 by CIMB Group as a regional public service in support of ASEAN’s programme of economic integration, the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC).
CARI conducts practical oriented research and helps focus the private sector’s interest into meaningful progress towards an integrated and competitive ASEAN economy.
The institute helps business leaders to develop perspectives, networks and tools to operate in a rapidly changing region.
